Guest Excerpt from Lila Felix's Latest Release "Perchance"

Today I am featuring an excerpt from Lila Felix's lastest Young Adult Novel "Perchance" as part of her book tour through Twimom101Bookblog.

Perchance Synopsis-

Remi Harris has a plan. Graduate high school, go to college, become a history teacher, be self-sufficient unlike her mother who is a struggling single mom. And the word ‘boy’ has no place in her plan.

Cooper Neal has been sent to his estranged father’s house to spend his Senior year getting to know him. And maybe, just maybe, there will be some cute girls in the small town.

Cooper sees Remi and he falls hard. Remi sees Cooper and wonders if she can do both. The question is; will he ruin her plans, or will she let him be a part of them?

Perchance Excerpt-

I got one good look at her approaching the booth and I swear everything down to my toes was sweating. I couldn’t even say ‘hello’ or anything because I was afraid if I did, it would come out in a wave of ‘Biscuit Shack’ vomit. I smiled at her, but it was as if she was too beautiful for any words that could come out of my mouth. I never ever have gotten nervous around a girl…ever. I’m not a player, not even close to it, but I’ve been on my share of dates. But never have I broken out in a sweat just at the sight of a girl. Maybe it was just the heat down here. Yeah, that had to be it.

Sounds great huh? I had the pleasure of reading Miss Felix's first novel, Emerge, and fell in love with Jenna and Carlos. I'm certain Remi and Copper will be just as great judging on this excerpt.
